Dear readers,

We are happy and proud this week to have successfully completed all journeys of an important event.

Car Manufacturer Lync & Co has promoted its new car in Amsterdam.
Including preparations, the event lasted 6 days.

More than 200 guests from around the world were invited to participate in this special event in Amsterdam.

We were one of the exclusive transport partners to be able to transport all transport for the invited guests and crew.

During the event, a total of 6 coaches, 4 minibuses, 15 luxury vans and 5 business passenger cars were used.

The program looked like this;

Day 1 and 2 – Preparations Event
transport for Staff and artists

1x 16-person Minibus and 1x 7-person Luxury bus available all day
(Minibus as a shuttle service between hotel and event location)

Day 3: Preparations Event and airport transportation for invited guests

Various 16-person Minibuses, 7-person luxury buses and luxury passenger cars

Day 4: Presentation of a new car
All transportation between hotels, event location and restaurant for guests and staff
Partial departure of guests to Schiphol Airport

6x 50-person coaches, 4x 16-person minibuses, 15x 7-person luxury buses and 5x luxury passenger cars.

Day 5: Visit factory Belgium and closing dinner in Brussels
Overnight in Belgium

4x 50-person coaches, 2x 16-person minibuses

Day 6: Departure of guests to Zaventem Airport and End of event

3x 50-person Coaches
